Welcome from Doug and Kara . . .
We are very excited to be living in Europe since 2007. During a short term mission trip to Kyiv, Ukraine in 2004, God opened our eyes to the need in Europe. We wanted to use our administrative gifting to serve and Next Level International (NLI) was a perfect fit.
We serve on the leadership team assisting each staff member with implementation (setting and achieving ministry goals in their teams), bringing focus to the core values of ‘accountability’ and ‘personal destiny facilitation’. This has proved to be God’s faithfulness because while we came to serve, we have found ourselves growing and maturing in our skills and faith.
